Formerly the Thien Nam Co., Ltd was established under the incorporation permit the number 323/GP-UB by Ho CHi Minh City People's Committee date 25/03/1993 and the certificate of business registration number 048491 by The Department of Investments issued on 26/03/1993 and supplemented on 12/09/2002.

On December 31, 2007, the company shifting to operate from of joint stock company under certificate of business registration No. 4103008935 by Department of Planning and Investment.
